Hi, Its Tania here, busy mom of 3! I just wanted to put this blog up to share with everyone my experiences of cellulite home remedies and how they allowed me to get rid of cellulite in my own house in my own time.
To cut a long story short, I noticed I was developing cellulite a little over a year ago now. I didn't notice at first - it sort of sneaked up on me. I came across the blog of a personal trainer. He had been helping his female clients get rid of cellulite for years using a really unique system of anti cellulite exercises. His website showed me exactly how to do the exercises and use them as a really powerful cellulite burning weapon. I was intrigued. It never actually occurred to me you could use exercise as a cellulite treatment before!
I watched the videos and followed the regime exactly as Joey described it. It was surprisingly easy to stick to as the exercises weren't very long. You do several sets of different exercises so you don't get bored. It took around 20 minutes a day so it was easy to fit into my schedule, even as a busy mom!
After 2 1/2 weeks I noticed that my cellulite was looking much more faded and my legs and butt looked much smoother and it was firmer and even a little higher too! This was a nice side effect I liked (and my husband still likes!). I was spurred on by this and it gave me hope that this cellulite treatment worked - and it worked really well...After just over a month on the program I could say that my cellulite was definitely gone.
